Do you get visibility as a initiate and once you are padawan do you get visibilty if you are near another player or NPC with the lightsabre already equipped (in other words never equipped or unequipped it..just had it in hand in front of the NPC or player)?

some say no on initiate but several days can pass before you hit the terms even though you have enough vis. so its unknown but you CAN lose XP so dont mess around. it is wise to start getting used to not showing your jediness soon as you hit initiate so you dont make errors and it develops into a habot for the long grind.

no you dont get vis for the lightsaber in your mitt. but you do if you put it away or take it out again. also there is a bug when you equip your robes and saber while on a vehicle or mount they will show regardless of what else you have equipped.

it is a bad idea to run around with the saber 100% of the time put it away when your not using it. the reason being is that player events are becoming more and more active and it is quite easy to shuttle into a town and an event is happening and all of a sudden your in combat with a NPC with the your saber. insta terms. this falls under not showing off. the odds are just too great of coming across a NPC taht hates you or stumbling into a player event.

Unlocking a branch through quests is phase dependent, training is not. You can train at ANY time. One item to point out is that you did not unlock the novice box, you can always train that. You unlocked a single branch of that tree (if you unlocked during phase 1, then you just unlocked Assembly)

You can do it in your own time and go on to do phase two and any other phase as long as you compleate the quest in a phase

Just got into the village in Phase II and started doing the search and destroy quests for Melee Speed. I understand that these quests take 3 days (have to finish tomarrow) but im maxed out on two-handed XP, combat xp, scouting xp, and trapping xp! Where do I go to convert xp, and can i start converting before i unlock any braches? I've already earned millions of normal xp thats been wasted, dont want to waste anymore.

I can't remember his name, but talk to the big, tall Rodian by the village Elder. And yes, you can convert xp before you unlock the branch.

It means that they have at least +20 points worth of weapon exp. mods(skill tapes/bandolier).

That gives an additional +2 to the exp. process during crafting.

You'll notice that those crafted weapons should have a lower HAM cost or a higher condition/ideal range modifier to them, although the speed and damage ahould be abouth the same as a standard 10 pt. 'smith.
