I'd suggest just doing all the basics since your holo's gave you 4 elites. Not based on any bogus pattern just the fact that doing basics is easy and usually (not always) the holo's give you at least 1 basic and since it didn't in your case it makes it that much more likely that your 5th profession is a basic.

The best skills to get for more xp are Force Power I-IV and then Manipulation, Healing last. Force Power increases your force points & regen (more spamming of powers = more xp) aswell as increases your jedi difficulty which = higher jedi xp cap
