Depends totally on your server economy and how much you paid for the tissues

I have an alt that is a shipwright, and what was a good way to figure up pricing for chassis and components. I understand this will vary from server to server, however, any help is appreciated.

I usually figure out the price in the following manner.
I calculate the "Credits Per Unit" of resource that it cost me to make the item.
Then decide on the profit margin I want to make depending on the quality of the item.
I tack that on top of the cost to produce and this is my final price.
Check the Galaxy wide vendor search on your galaxy to get an idea of the current market prices. You'll see everything from low quality very affordable items to high quality very expensive items.
Pick your price then based on the quality of your item and the amount of time you have to spend producing the items.
Chassis typically sell for much less CPU than components even though they require many more resources.

These are very good guidelines IIScander--you should sticky them or incorporate them into a FAQ.
The important thing to underscore is the fact that pricing is very dependent on the server. The economy on each server varies. Supply and demand of particular items varies per server. Thus, prices are going to vary per server.

You know, this is a very good idea. This same questions gets asked a couple of times a week. We should put some information about pricing in the FAQ.
