Dane, I am sorry, but what you posted does not make ANY sense.
Which of these takes less typing?
n e one
or
anyone
The REAL way to spell it does. You took away two letters to add one letter and two spaces. Plus that is really annoying to look at. I could understand if you were using short hand (e.g. U instead of you or lol instead of laugh out loud). But that does not save time, plus it looks really weird. Please do not let this to become a full time part of the Hack Language. We already have several goofed up hacked up words (pwned I believe came from a typo where someone wanted to right owned). Now people use it left and right.
There is my rant. I am not a spelling or grammar fanatic. That short hand just really bugged me is all.

skip all the FAQ's.
Just go to http://swg.allakhazam.com/and look near the bottom of the page on the left side. Great search gives you everything without having to flip between forums.
And dont worry about your spelling, it should the the intent thats worth while. Of course if you spell like that at work, then you might have a problem, unless you are working for an internet company.

steady aim is a special and has no cap associated with it
cover is a special which at 100 will work 95% of the time no real cap though
volley fire is a special and has no cap associated with it
ter negotiation caps at 100 but at 50 you have max walking speed - anything over that increases crawl speed.

You can turn certain pets into mounts at 0/0/0/4 in CH. No supplies needed. Creature handlers are magical and can pull saddles, saddlebags, blinders and reigns out of thin air (don't think to hard about it.)

So I logged in tonight and I get find that my city hall, shuttleport and cantinas are gone, I would assume it was some kind of population decrease or something similar, but my city hall?
I did not log in and destroy my own city, Im pretty sure that I would remember that...
So is this a bug? And if so has anyone else ever heard or had a similar problem?
After 4 city relocations, 1 planet hop and a year of hard work New Sativa had finally grown into a active city. I gotta say im more then a litle pissed...
any thoughts?
On a side note, One of the last things I did before I logged last night was deposit some money into the city treasury and establish income tax and garage fees, I also enabled Zoning restrictions.
As a Rebel Mayor, I can only assume its the hand of the empire at work.... testing out some new super weapon...lol

Did you have any kind of e-mails in your mailbox when you logged in that might give a clue as to what happened?
Cities don't poof for no reason, at least they shouldn't. If there's no clue in e-mail, definitely go for a CSR ticket.
You're certainly a lot calmer than I would be! LOL

Somethings definately wrong there - Cantinas are player owned and not Civic Structures. Even if the town itself poofed, the Cantina would remain once it was placed, even if the City level was too low.
Its almost as if your toon record was wiped - since your deeded structures would disappear immediately when your character is deleted, along with city hall if you were mayor. That would explain the missing civic structures too.

The "invisible" structure thing started showing up in JTL Beta and on TC every once in awhile since then. It's always been fixed before it hit live, but maybe the offending code has snuck in. This sounds very familiar to that issue. I didn't notice at first that you said the cantina was gone as well; as was pointed out, it stays even if a city hall is destroyed.
If you don't get a quick response on that CSR ticket, you can also try the live CSR chat or e-mail. The customer service forums here are also pretty good for getting responses. You can find the contact information for the live chat/e-mail here. You may not reach anyone that way until tomorrow, though.
Hang in there!
