about transfering deeds a) what command do I use and how do I go about it b) can militia transfer as well?

so basically if I have a militia mmber drop a house for a potential resident he can transfer it over that way it gets dropped in way to keep the city uniform and looking nice ( I guess thats what I really need to know sorry I was not more specific )

they dont need to be a milita member to drop a house, all they need is zoning rights...



please note that currently a milita member can not grant them selves zoning rights. they need another milita member or the mayor to grant them before they can place. the mayor is the only person that can place any structure within the city that has privacy turned on without someone else granting them zoning rights.



and yes, this does work, having someone like a city planner place houses for people moving in then /transferstructure to the new resident. as the above poster said, the new owner must have the available lots for this to work. the "old" owner gets his or her lots back after the transfer.

Only problem is ... militia members can /grantzonerights ... but not to themselves .. they have to get zoning rights from another militia member. You have to calculate with that

yes it does my mayor has her lots tied up with guild hall so wanted the miltia to drop and transfer for new residents to try to keep houses even and not scattered so ty to all for input

im a rebel bh, was wondering if i should go imperial, heard rumors it goes faster, i was a bh before and this is my 2nd time around, soo anyone have any input?
