I'm planning on starting one soon myself, but it's pretty simple really. Who ever your mayor is going to be needs to get novice politician, then you get a city hall from an architect. Find a spot 2km from any other city, and drop the city hall. You need 10 people to drop houses, and declare citizenship within the 1st 24 hours. They have to be within 150m of the city hall though.

From what I have read NO saber skill uses any ranged modifier, even saber throw. Saber throw is a melee attack (despite the range).
As for ranged accuracy and ranged speed. I have heard that ranged accuracy helps with force powers but ranged speed does not, I can not confirm either as I don't use force powers but that's what I've read.
Despite that I have ranged accuracy as my 6th branch currently. I only did it to get paddy sooner and am going to unlock more fs skills I have xp banked for and drop it eventually. If you don't mind potentially wasting the xp this is the route I took. Remember that you have to always keep 6 fs branches and you can't drop them later (unless you take a 7th branch then drop a different one).

Ok go to your data pad and select the part where you see your vehicles, ships, etc.. You will see the duty mission displayed there. Right click on it and you will be able to end the mission from the radial menu.

How do you stop a surveying macro? I tried "/stop" but it didn't work. I even tried logging in and out, but neither did that. SHould I totally exit the game, then come back?
-Damn combat was easier than this...

/dump will actually kill any and all macros you've got going on.

dont bother destroying the attackers just disable them, i think the highest number of attackers ive had at one time was 8 and as 4/5 were disabled no more were able to spawn(does it work that way or am i too fast at disabling them?), when you've disabled all the attackers you might be left with a bit of time for your ship and your escort to recover
