what is "the hose controll thing"? i still dont know how to place vendors.. oh, one more thing. what elite professions do you guys think i should go for? i want one that makes money but isnt too complex. i understand weaponsmith is REAI TOUGH because you can only use certain resourses for certain weapons, and they better be uber or they dont sell.

that is the Structure Maintance Terimal, the termial that you add maintance to the house, when you get the radial menu there is an option in the line where pay,status,destroy is called "Create Vendor"

every elite profession requires specific resources. But i know that you might want to go architect : /, why because as you said if you dont make great weapons or armor they dont sell, well in architect its pretty much all the same.

after i place and name a vendor.. can i change my mind later and move the vendor to a different house? and give the vendor a different name

you have to empty the vendor and destroy it. Then create another vendor in the new house.

is armorsmith a tough profession to do? do i need AA's and CA's?

You dont need AAs and CAs but they help, and yes i would have to say Armorsmith or Weaponsmth are the toughest crafting professions, IMHO

i have a small problem. i just started flying about a week ago and everything was fine. i have moved onto the second trainer but now when i goup into space, the ships taget thing stays in the middle of the screen and the ship will not move with the target. so i can move the ship but can only shoot to the green dot ( the one that will not move ). it sucks flying arround and shooting all retarded. i can /commto the stations and hit ALT, and move the mouse to click on the land button, that part works fine. has anyone ever seen this? please let me know how to fix this. i have already tried hitting each and every key (one at a time, and all at once). i have also destroyed the controls in the data pad and gone back to get a new ship, that will not work eather.

go into options, controls, keymap, and then reset to default. This will reset all keys, including keys that you have changed, but it shoudl allow you to alt in and out of this unmoving dot.

thank you very much! when i went to the keymap, somehow the "mouse pointer mode default" was unchecked.

Hi, just got a quick question regarding the old man and the sith ambush.
I got the crystal from the old man, then almost 2 minutes later, the sith attacked, altho i think they were meant for someone else, anyway they got killed by some other guys, i attacked also, i didnt lot anything as i didnt have permission, but when i checked my quest log it said i had completed the sith ambush quest, even tho i didnt get any data pad. I then destroyed the crystal in the hope the old man shows up again so i can re do it. Have i borked it?
