Or c) Rewards guildees who do Pilot themselves instead of 'grinding' it with a POB ship.

I get flamed about it constantly by them, but I keep telling them it'll help them in the long run. So giving out my pre-nerf DIs as an incentive helps

Crixx, Xicrx and Crixxorian Darkmoon - Rebellion, Corsec and Imperial Ace Pilots respectively.

"One/two shot PvP is good because this is a game of EVASION. NOT ABSORBTION" - Big mean heartbreaker.
"Sod implementing anything half-decent, we have SWG to make! OLOL!"
"We already have expertise in space. It's called a brain." - Leaph.

The most important piece of equipment for PvP i would have to say is an Engine with a high YPR. Speed is nice, but if there turning, the only way to hit each other is get in their turn circle. With YPR in the low 60 your goign to get beat by someone with a YPR engine in the 80's. The second weapon you listed is also not good. Theres a level 6 gun called the Hoersch Kessel Scorcher 3 with about 14k mass and 2750 Damage. You can RE this down to 8.5k Mass 2800 Damage, .680's in Effective ness with a .350 Refire rate and reactor drain of about 1.5k

Glzmo was a great visionary. Perhaps SOE should have listened to him instead of rebuilding everything all the time.

i dont know why everyone makes such hardcore love to this ship, i can beat them in a b-wing, advanced x-wing, a-wing (especially a-wing) and belublab22

all in all, allit takes is one mk2 spacebomb. the jsf isnt fast enough to outrun it and it's too small to have the proper countermeasure in it. it's not a good ship for pvp. you're better off with just a plain x-wing with a good reward engine in it, like the quantum ion drive.

A bit off topic: whats a good pre nerf droid interface worth these days?

Priceless.

Anyone who'd part with them is either.

A.) giving up flying
b.) a fool.

Same goes for any rare equipment or equipment with stats that are no longer obtainable.

or

c) already has a few, doesn't mind swapping them between ships and needs cash

ppl might wanna call me FOTM and all that for flying my JSF. but i would fly my JSF even if it was given the exact same stats as the a-wing, or even lower. because i like the looks of it. this ship is pimp. the fact that it is fast with decent mass just adds to the effect.

and btw. have you tried to lock onto a JSF with ur spacebomb? that is a task MUCH easier said then done. in pvp you are likely going to be shooting more than launching missiles because if you are both smart, neither of you will be in the others target reticles near long enough to acquire a lock. as for beating it in a b-wing. how stupid do you think we are?

Good posts on the mass / loadout of the JSF. I just recently got a Belbullab-22 and will try the same loadout.
