Why not screw up the Whole game completly so far space is the only decent thing left... let us all play with the new ships no pref treatment if you make it for jedi only trying to achieve this after CU will be a feat.

Yeah the JTL team seem to have come from another company they so outshine the rest of the game....
If I could live on a spaceship that allows any non jedi to come to to start their buisness, live and have their GCW you'd see the planets as empty as the servers with the Jeduh going aww I want to be on a killing spree WAHHH!!!
As long as Jedi areso visible and in PvP with the GCW,the ground game is the Trailor Trash of MMO's.
As awesome (even with it's issues the game still blows away the ground game like Episode5 does episode 1.) as the space game is ( I mean really.. who'd ever think of rewarding people with faction gear? golly gee wilikers!) who plays just in space? Yet almost the moment you meet other players your suddenly thrust into a civil war between cylons and Jeduh. Makes a fan cry...

How anyone could call being either a complete looser or VERY bored.. who couldn't even prove they aren't a Ebay account tell ANYONE they worked hard for it is out of the damn minds. All most Jedi are is gankers. people so bored they have to try to drive the players away with their leetness.
With all the empty servers I seen they doing a damn good job too.

Sure give 'em a starfighter, it won't make any difference as jtl is skill based. A bad pilot under any name is still a bad pilot. And to those who say it is notfair that that they get something special....well bah, don't be a baby, if ya want one be a Jedi. I like that cool wook armor, but I am not a wook....its just not fair.

Mindless grinding is not hard work. They already get unique clothing, weapons, and titles, why more?

Sure, you can have a Jedi Starfighter.
Just remember its technology is outdone by the TIE fighter and Z95, and that there are more Firesprays in the galaxy than Jedi Starfighters, hence it would be even more difficult to get.
Not so rosey an idea now, is it?

Actually, the Jedi should get their own starfighter. It should have fairly good shields, but no blasters at all. Instead, two real lightsabers are mounted on the front of their ship. To damage something, they would have to fly their ship into other ships and hit those ships with their lightsabers. Oh, and make them permenantly overt, just like on the ground, and have deaths in a Jedi-ship count the same way a death on the ground does, including XP loss and FRS changes.

While you're at it, make the Y-8 Master Artisan only... Since it's the only profession with a skill in harvesting geolological resources.
Oh, and Wookiees shouldn't ba able to fly TIE Fighters, I mean look at the size of the cockpit there'd be hair sticking out everywhere, talk about FurBall!

...it kills me to see how many people missed the fact that the original poster was kidding.
To address something that comes up quite often...
The Jedi Starfighter (either the AotC version or the upcoming RotS version) is not outclassed by a Z-95. Z-95s were in use before TPM. Y-wings are roughly the same age as the Jedi Starfighter. The original iteration of the Jedi Starfighter, the Delta-7 Aethersprite, came into service just weeks before AotC, which makes it at least 15-20 years newer than a Z-95.
Do I think Jedi Starfighters should be l33t? No, absolutely not. But I think they should still be viable fighters, just like I think the Z-95 should be far more viable than it is.

It should be Jedi only. Thats why its called the "JEDI Star Fighter".
