yeah, SOE tell us they come into these forums all the time for info and feedback, they would only need to take one look at this forum to see the main topic of concern and still nothing.....

Just a quick heads up: SOE is not in charge of product distribution. They manage the actual game and the customer support and everything on the computer end. LucasArts is in charge of distribution for the CD's and boxes and that. That is the partnership between SOE and LucasArts. You'll notice if you go to the SOE Online Store, you have to buy from LucasArts if you want Galaxies. If you go to LucasArts for Customer Support, you are directed to SOE.
I am not in defense of anyone, just telling you the facts.
Activision is not a distributor for LucasArts. For International releases, every gaming company that does not have an overseas office will pick a partner for that game. In this instance - Activision.
Sending feedback to SOE won't help as much as it will sending it to LucasArts.
Hope that helps.

But if SOE is in charge of customer support, then surely it is up to them to provide information as to what is going on. And on that note; I'm a customer, please support me by providing me with details as to when JTL will be released in the UK (a definite date, please), and why the delay.
Thx.

SOE is in charge of Customer Support for the game once it's on your machine.
LucasArts is in charge of the actual game box and anything to do with it.

Paragraphs are gooood....
Just kidding, man.
That's a good comparison. People would be all over EA and not Maxis, I bet.

Lol, it doesn't have to be as drastic as that but some information for SOE customers might be called for do you think? People are drawing a blank from their own enquiries. Reaction could simply be an announce?
