First of all, am what I'm saying offensive in some way? I thought we were just having a discussion. I certainly hope that I'm not being one-starred simply because my observations differ from others.

Secondly, it's not just one person that has experienced this. And it's not that they are just unattackable. The rebel NPC's are white. Not yellow or red and unattackable. That would be obvious.

I think what Leoj says is probably dead on. It's obvious that some sort of bug is in place here. Whether it's that some CorSec can attack rebels is the bug, or that some cannot remains to be seen.

Again, please one-star me if I'm being rude or obnoxious, or otherwise unproductive. Simply having a differing viewpoint does not warrant the one-star.

Sorry, but this assumption is simply incorrect. There is NOTHING in the CorSec path that prevents one from engaging and killing rebels. I've been through it all, so I talk from actual experience, not conjecture.

Your friend either experienced some type of faction bug or he was trying to attack rebels that were part of someone else's mission. An example of the latter would be what I came across last night: hunting black sun in endor for loot and helms, see a large group I had never seen before, they are red to me, shoot them and get the buzzer, ask a nearby player and find out those mobs are part of his duty mission. Now if I had decided to jump to conclussions, I might have thought, "hey! I can't attack rebels!!" That simply wasn't the case though and is not the case with your friend either.

This could be a bug, I know for a fact that RSF can attack imperial ships with no problem however, they are not supposed to and this will be fixed in the next patch. This could be the same for the CorSec.

I believe that RSF are Imperial Aligned, Corsec are Rebel aligned and SA are Hutt aligned. I mean look at who they can attack in space AND the planet with which they reside: RSF - Naboo - Imperial Planet CorSec - Corellia - Rebel Planet SA - Tatooine - "Hutt" Planet

I clasify the planets by the themeparks on them and the faction recruiter placements prior to the Imperial Crackdown patch (if Corellia was not sympathetic to Rebels, they would not have had a recruiter not 1000m away from the starport).
