Did you put a DI in the ship first? Did your droid's name turn red in your manage screen when you loaded it?

Hi all, hit a small problem a few weeks back with droid commands and tbh not really bothered me until today when i tried it again...

this is the problem, I use RO4, EO3, CO3, WO3 and CtSS4... i tried putting in a EO4 but I never have enough reactor energy... thats the problem.

I do understand what I need to do to fix this problem (increase the amount of energy my reactor has)but my question to all u is how much extra energy does my reactor need to have spare for me to run RO4, EO4, CO3, WO3, and CtSS4.

(as a side note atm i'm running at atm with about 700-800 spare reactor energy)

well when i wanted to try EO4 i had to pretty much strip my ship of everything that drained power... EO4 increases the energy drain insanely

as the droid command guide says, EO4 increases the engine drain by 1000%

You haven't posted what you have for your engine, reactor, and all your other gear, so doing the math is up to you. (and no, I won't do the math if you post the stats )

guess i'm sticking with eo3 then, eo4 seems to be a HUGE target to hit especially with a ship with a low mass like mine

I guess that depends on your engine. I can pretty easily get EO4 running when I have RE engines, that drain well under 2k.

Can someone please explain to me how to properly use droid commands. It's getting too hard at 3333 to solo Storm Squadron and it seems like I should have been using them the whole time. Fighting without Droid Commands is much akin to fighting without buffs and composite armor before the CU.
