I think the more people you have in your group the higher mission payouts you get.But then again the game is all wrong and has been from the start.

I think it averages out the level that each person can do. IE one level 15 and a level 20 grouped will get 17.5 plus a bonus for having 2 members grouped... so maybe they can pull level 22 or 23 missions. The more people in the group the more the bonus is...

Someone wanna test this out?

Was your rifle equiped? If you unequip your rifle you'll get a lower level mission. It's been that way since I started playing a month after launch.

Missions are given out through the JtL trainers. You should have gotten a waypoint to your first trainer after logging in after JtL was installed.

You can also do /comm with space stations and pick the 'Do you need assistance?' menu item. Sometimes, they will give out a mission. This menu item is not always available, however.

There are 2 types of missions - regular ones and duty missions.

Regular missions have some task to complete, and you will get a mission complete message when it is finished.

Duty missions just spawn waves of enemies to fight - when you feel like quitting, go to the datapad and select 'End Mission' from the radial menu of the mission data.

actually, duty missions eventually end, you'll get a small bonus of credits if you can outlast 10 or so waves on increasing fighters.

HOLY CRAP , just tried the 3rd Tier 3 Imp Mission (and suceeded i might add) i filled my Bomber full of sheilds, armor, weapons etc and once id messed around with the fake plans and escorting the lamba shuttle i had to take on the Rebel gun ship thingy, last time in my Interceptor i lasted about 1min before my guns and engine were disabled. With the Bomber i got within missile range and launched 2 and then started using my lasers, within about 3 secs id blown the entire thing up, i thought id failed the mission again but lucikly it spawned again along with 5 more escorts, i disabled all the weapons and engines again and docked (i left the escorts until id finished with the gunboat) got the info, killed the escorts and then headed for naboo where i was told to meet another ship, when i got to naboo loads of fighters came so i hypered outta there and went to the ship from another direction, MISSION ACCOMPLISHED
