you can get the pre-order bonus disc, you just have to wait until JTL comes out because thats when we get it.

perhaps not but i think most ppl pre-ordered for the beta slot and the flash speeder, i sure did. first time ive ever pre-ordered a game. if i can get doom 3 the day it came out then i sure as hell can get JTL.

well now, there is a problem here then. you cant get the speeder or get into the beta with the disc because your not 18 and im pretty sure this wasnt mentioned anywhere.

as would i lol. i dont know about you but it would have cost me $80cdn to pre-order from eb. (full games can commonly be found for $40-$60)

wow your gettign ripped off, i preordered from gamestop international, with the frickin shipping prices and it was still only $60 Canadian

I guess it sucks to live in canada unless you live near the border. But when you live on the border you get a bunch of 19 year old American kids coming over to drink and gamble.

screw the speeder...im not paying 20 extra frickin dollars for a "vehicle" in a game that 1 year from now might not exist....thanks but no thanx...
ill settle for my $5 off coupon and free shipping and leave it at the 30 bucks canadian that it is...cant say its worth much more..thats for sure..

Actually, I don't see all the fuss with people saying that SOE hates non-US customers. The system was originally tailored to work for US customers, but then when more european players were loging in, they showed you all love by puting up european servers... I've heard that some aren't getting into beta, well guess what, there's only what, 1 or 2 servers that the testing is being done on? They're trying to TEST the game, so they'll be inviting a plethora of different computer types and connections to it, but who's to say that inviting those that won't prove to be an accurate testing source due to high ping/lag? As for pre-order, I would say yes, it is a shame, and I feel for you guys. Maybe you could go down to your local electronics/computer store and ask them if you could reserve a copy, at least then you know you would have a copy on release. As for getting the speeder, well, I guess I would have to ask is it all that important? It's not entirely SOE's fault, part of it is having to transport that product a long distance in short amount of time. Hence the shipping charge (though I don't understand why it would be that high for Canadians, maybe it's a tax issue). But for now, hang in there guys.
