your reward is calculated by days logged, use the cmd ingame "/getvet" to see how many days you have logged.
yes you can safely claim your 90 + 180 day rewards which will not affect your days loggedand as soon as you have 360 days logged you will be able to claim the nextreward.

I cannot find this information but I choose a Systems Databank for my 18 month reward (or which one was the highest of the three). I know if you delete an item equipped with an Anti-Decay Kit that the kit will be returned to you but if I delete the Databank could I possibly be allowed to choose that reward again?

I suspect the answer will be 'no'
The reason I say this is that I picked a reward that I didnt want (because the names on the web site dont match those in the reward window) and Customer Service cant/wont swap it for the correct one so I'm guessing they wont replace a deleted one either

I haven't claimed any rewards yet, but i am about to and was wondering about if i'll be able to get all items on the list or if it's just one.
Currently i am about to grab the harvester maintenance kit and the resource deed (to get some more cash in), but after 3 and 6 months of playing will i get a chance of claiming the others in the list as well? How many times can that repeat? Till i have all?\

So why are the harv kit, 30K deed and ADK listed as 1 per account then if i can't claim the other rewards after each x number of months played?
That's what is confusing me. The way it looks now is that you can claim all but you just have to wait 3 months to get the others listed in that category with the harv kit.

When you hit each level, you can get something from a lower level, or pick something from a higher level. So you could spend all your picks on terminals, if you really wanted to.

So you get a 90 day every three months, a 180 day every six months and a 365 day once a year?

No youg et one 3 month pick at 3 months, a choice of either the 3 month or 6 month at 6 months or the choice of either 2 and the one year at one year. What they mean by once is you could pick that said item once, the others you can choose however many times you want up to your limit of 3 items.

So I have 4 toons. 3 of them are showing the vet reward is open to them. Can I get it on all 3 or only 1?
