OMG, I feared this. Let the griefing begin! And if you /eject you get a free ride to Endor or Yavin? I can see the exploit now. "dude, let me in your group before you take off so I can get a free ride somewhere, I swear I'll disband once we get in space!" lol
Disclaimer: Ok, I'm totally not condoning griefing. griefing and exploits are both bad to participate in. But, if SOE has been told there is a problem, we expect them to either repair it before it gets out of hand, or go lenient on the guys that come up with more uses for the flaw. We view it as a practical joke but I'm sure some jerk will prey on some noob and cause him a great deal of grief.

2 things:
1. When you /escapepod, you go back to the starport from which you launched. So, you can't load up in Theed, hyperspace to Endor, then /escapepod to Endor. You'll end up in Theed.
2. In normal MP ships, the group leader can target someone and /dismiss them to throw them off the ship. They'll go back to the starport as in /escapepod. In a fighter with turrets, the pilot can't toss them out of the ship. The pilot has to land and get them out of the group on the ground.

I got kidnapped last night. Was just running through Theed starport and a couple members of my CL group just happened to launch just as I was typing in group chat, and things went blank for a sec. Next thing I know, I'm looking out the window of a yacht.

Yeah I got sucked up into aYWing a few times now. A box for the pilot to choose who in the group top go would be nice followed by those invited to get a confirmation box.

heres a funny one, theres three of us grouped. two of us are pilots the other one is suppose to be my gunner right. Well we are all standing in the little booth on dantooine and I launch, and who goes up with me. Its not my gunner but my other pilot buddy, he kept screaming over teamspeak "let me out of here". I told him to shift+c and ask to land (hint hint, if your kidnapped just comm with the spacestation and ask for landing rights, you'll land and not the pilot). Make a long story short I had to land again get the right guy, send the other pilot out of the booth and launch into space. great fun!!!
