I thought the beta questions would stop after they put up the FAQ, but noooo... we having to keep going over it again and again and again...
Its sad that people that don't take time to read up on the docs get into beta, but the people who take some effort have to fight with them to get in... I guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles...

So erm...I thought beta was going to start early september, now I'm hearing october..can we get beta info cleared up, because it is supposed to be starting soon, but many (including me) still can't get passed the bugged "you are under 18" screen, plus alot of other difficulties.
Any specifics on beta? When exactly is it going to start?

j/kIt's not in there yet... but if you check the beta screen on the main site, it says that if you have recieved your key to put it in then... so either someone is in beta or they are going to be announcing it real soon.

Would I receive this key by email? I haven't even signed in yet because they haven't fixed the signup screen, it says I am under 18 when im not .

I dont think beta will be on a General Public server ... it'll bea private hidden server ...

while I don't tend to believe dates and the like put up on gaming sites EBgames has it listed as between Oct. 8-like the 22 or something.

oh and it starts in the first few weeks of sept for most BETA PPL ... the OCT 8 - OCT 22 is for the load test where practically everyone and their uncle will be testing JTL ...

im sorry but im new to bio-engineer and have much to learn and so little time to do it lol....
what does BEta stand for? im assuming thatthe BE is Bio-Engineer, but what is the other part?
if in wrong someone please correct me. thank you for your time.

BEta = the (very very fledgling) Bioengineer Training Academy !!!!
Newly started organization of dedicated ex and not so ex-BE's have created'hobby BE's'on Wanderhome - that is-BE's that are NOT their main character (for the most part - ok there IS Belisama and Datura but we love her). Who take time out of their game with their main to grind up their baby BE's (that's where we are now) and socialize with the other BE's that happen to be on the BEta channel at the time.
Who strive to hang out and have fun as BE's except that some of us found that being a BE on our main character wasn't a lot of fun b/c let's face it - who are you going to go sampling with except another group of BE's (does this ever happen?) or maybe very very patient trained guildies/townies...
BEta wants to crack every aspect of being a BE and to provide the entire BE community information that help THEM become better BE's. BEta is non-profit. BEta is open to all. Do I sound like an ad yet?
We like everyone who comes - just make a character on WH and join the channel and talk. We are gonna get a guild hall eventually but we are kind of skint at the moment so we can't. SOMETIMES there is nobody there when you come tho - don't give up - check back - we all have mains we play and there are only a few of us really active at the moment with promises from others to come and hang out 
Don't assume you have to be an expert BE to join. You don't. You just have to want to be the best BE you can be. Or want to hold onto your BE roots if you've given up BE. We'll share resources and money and property and go on DNA hunts and stuff. Hopefully.We WON'T sell pets or other BE stuff b/c that would annoy the Wanderhome BE's (can you imagine???) but we will make money selling resources and money and stuff people want and - oh - I'm doing JTL missions to make money myself.
Kaomond has our forum on his website - Kao - be a doll and make a sticky - I'm on sticky strike at the moment
