In the grand scheme of thing's your are a low lvl pilot, not that well known, and a lot of your peers just don't know you yet. To me it make's perfect sense, when you get higher in the pilot skill tree your call for help gets answered by better pilots.


Edit: oh and one more thing, if you call a bunch of pirates that are higher lvl than you, and they turn on ya....toast.

folks if you remember what pirate trap is YOU ARE NOT CALLING IN HELP. you are instead changing the transponder on you craft to mimic a freighter's distress call, THIS CAUSES ANY PIRATES IN THE AREA TO JUMP YOU. the point of pirate trap is to cause a distraction to your enemy when these aggro npc jump in but as it stands now they are not a distraction at all, they are like flies that can be swatted with one hit.

/ptrap2 could at least call tier 3 pirates....

Calling 3 tier 1 ships is just ridiculous..... It's not a distraction to any ennemy, it's just canon flesh....

I agree that they could be a tad stronger. Tier 1 is a bit silly
