has anyone figured out what the deal is with the spawn of blacksun in kessel? is it on a timer? per server boot? what's the story?

maybe. i dunno, i was thinking it was something more along the lines of # of players in the zone or a 1 per day spawn.

if you (or anyone else) wants to check, they spawn in between the small white nebula and the big blue nebula about 3km from 0,0,0. you can't miss it. i'm never around for the reboot though so i don't know if that theory holds water.
