Think of the Imperials as the Army.

It wouldn't really looked military if someone was runing around in a Pink Tank with yellow dots now would it?

We can customize the Firespray, just like everyone else.

So not only is the Friday Feature useless for those who don't have JTL, it's also useless to the 1/3rd of the player base that is Imperial in space.

Can we get a Friday Feature that doesn't suck?

why exactly are us imps unable to customise ships?

any bull answers about "theempire" or"continuity"can fo

I would understand more if the Empire provided me withthe ship... but they dont, crafters do and we have to pay for them...

I want a TIE with tacky flames on the side, or to paint it Red / Black to match my guild colours

it just seems lazy not to have ship customisation for IMPS :/

Why don't you guys look into giving Imperial master pilots some limited customizing to their ships. Elite Imperial Naval units were allowed sometolerance on their ship looks...they still had to be sharp looking, and no loud colors were allowed, by a squadron colors stripe or similar look would have been allowed, and would add to the fact that their are the Empire's best.

Nothing crazy like the Rebels or privateers (altho I think the rebel stuff should be availabel on Privateer stuff...since Privateers would seem to be more likly to have tiger or shark jaws drawn on their ships...or flames for that matter) just simple stripes in low key colors or even the change of the color of the whole ship to black or white or some other dark color even.

Solar panels have to be black, as it absorbs all wavelegths.

As for what little is left of the ship, I don't see why not.

In X-Wing Alliance there were patterns on the solar panels of the TIE's to tell teams apart.

Baron Fel had ared horizontal stripe on his TIE Interceptor wings signifying his elite TIE squadron.
