I hate Hoth. I hope it never becomes a planet because I'm tired of hearing about it. They have already deep-sixed ever having Courasant in this game.
I do agree with you on faction armor though.

Cutscenes NOT star wars??? And loading screens ARE star wars??
Add some cut scenes between ground and space.
How are loading screens part of a persistent world as you say? lol
Anyways, more immersion needed in this game.

...Imperials able to wear Imperial Hats. Sure would be nice to at least LOOK the part of an Imperial from the movies.

This post was for me to get out of of my angst that has acumulated over the past year. I, in no way felt totally serious about EVERY SINGLE point. I do beleive thought, that there needs to be more options overall. As DraconianOne one pointed out, it would SEEM that every planet is a totalality of a single atmosphere.
It would only seem this way but would actually be in some cases muhc like Earth's atmosphere. Of course it is a imaginary world but it has been written about by more than one person. So if you have read any of the books and its been years since I have, you will note that each planet has its own changing atmosphere. Of course some planets like Hoth and tatooine are more intensly singular in thier seasons; Planets like Naboo and Corellia might be different. Small point, but there.
That said, I have been to a jungle and they are not quiet places. Nor would a starwars jungle be any different. In game I have been to the forrests on Naboo countless times and yes there is a sequence or two and sure tatooine has some sand storms and there is rain on all the other planets. Good stuff but not enough in my honest opinion. At least have the option or something.
With weapons i was thinking smaller changes like a d18 pistol comes in two colors. The geo pistol would come in two colors. The dh17 carbine would come in metalic and black. Just small things to add with an expansion. Players would have a very limited like 2 or 3 realistic color choices to each different weapon. A small thing, maybe, but, whatever, its feesible I think. What I think isnt ALWAYS realistic as far as implimentations to this game and I know this. Just thoughts--just ideas.
Since I am not a good writer and I cannot explain myself 100% I understand that people will flame me for some of my ideas and thoughts. Thats fine let them waste thier time the whole 'elvis presley' name and non-rpg attitude comes into effect and cant be helped... it usualy has to do with hormones and a simple lack of maturity or thought, expected but sad. MY main purpose for writing here it so spark some thought or maybe just share my crazy ideas Either way its fun to discuss and consider. For me starwars is limited to this game and this game only. I may, however go as a jedi this halloween as I haven't done that before. Good idea
