Space is way to empty for a MMORPG, but at least we have it. Go out and look at any other MMORPGS created. Do any of them have ground and space? MAYBE 1, but I doubt it. And about that reactor, you can always sell it to the Chassis Dealer.

i wasnt the one that got killed by the IMP. I was just making an example out of what someone told me in my guild. Geez another good example of why there are so many morons on this game. If more ppl were helpful instead acting like they know everything this game would do better.

How is saying what I said moronic? Moronic is making uneducated examples like the one you made. How many times has that been done and resulted in nothing but a flame war? "Nerf Bstrike it's too l337Z 4 PEEEVEEPEE."Howam I supposed to put some value added suggestions to a topic that's flawed from the start? Not only that, but the subject of fixing PvP in space has been posted on at least ten thousand times already. So, I don't know what pissed me off enough to post my comment. The fact that it was uneducated and inflamatory (essentially calling Imperial pilots inept in the fact that they have to use /bstrike in pvp according to your post), orthat you posted yet another JTL PvP is broken without adding a single new or useful idea to the discussion.

Post here with incorrect details? Then prepare to be corrected.

Space is an empty place but its missing a few key places and things I agree.

Personally, i'd like to see Coruscant added, Degobah put in (since at this point the story line Yoda isn't pushing up daisies), Hoth put in, and I'd love to see the addition of player run space stations. I think it would be absolutely phenominal if we could actually create communities in space, we could have docking areas for guests, cantinas, shopping areas, repair bays, observation lounges, and really get into the whole space thing. 99.9% of all people who don't like space, don't like it because all there is to do is blow stuff up. Give space some interesting perks or places to see, and I garauntee the space traffic would increase ten fold.

your sad if you spend your time insulting my grammer.

and it was an example of how this game has been dropping bad loot for the last 2 weeks if you didn't notice.

Do any of them have ground and space?" no not at least we have it its better that these suggestions come out rather then just accepting it, because obvusly SOE is looking for ways to improve there game to attract new customers.

maybe you should go play those other MMORPGs cuz I'd like to not hear from you again personally

I started reading the EU novels after I began playing this game. When they describe space around major planets it's far different from what we see in JTL.

The authors describe ships queing up for landing clearance. Vast asteroid feilds noth the patches of floating rock here and there like what we have now. I'd like to see massive freighters and awe inspirering space features.

Maybe an entire zone of asteroids like the field where the Imperials chased the Millenium Falcon through after the battle of Hoth. The asteroids were HUGE! Large enough to have that big cave roomy enough to have a YT-1300 fly around in, soo who cares it was a big worm lair? LOL.

Right now space doesn't really fit what we've seen in the movies or read about in the novels.

And another thing. Where is the Imperial fleet? How is it there is only one star destroyer in the entire game? I can see three in low orbit over Naboo from the ground. I launch into Naboo space... nothing. If it's this big database problem then it sounds like they need to expand their current framework. It's not like they're hurting for money with all the subscriptions from the various SOE titles.

I totally agree however my guildleader has been in this game since day 7, and me and him were discussing some of JTL because I thought it fell short. They weren't looking for a end solution from what he describe they we're looking for a platform that gave you the basics and they could expand... where is this expansion I don't know I'm expecting it after the GCW remake, I doubt these forums are up for nothing, SOE probaly has designs based on what users want judging fromt he way I was described what happened in beta. However, I can't say I hope some major additions comes along including PvE should be much harder more like PvP.

I have to say from perspective the reason I hardly go into space, and maybe perhaps the reason for others, is because I'm having a really hard time leveling in the pilot profession. This isn't intended to be a whine post, it's just the way I feel, based on my skill level (and I don't want to hear 'practice', 'change your tactics', 'get a group', blah blah blah, that's old hat, I know the routine).

To compound the issue it's difficult to find help running missions etc, because space, as the poster mentions, is rather empty.

Why would I try and pvp if I can't even get into ships/components I can compete and be happy with? Sadly, the frustration has built up to the point where JTL has become just a means toeasily travel from planet to planet.

Thanks for listening.

Space is very empty and boring. I'm very sad, I almost feel like I wasted my money and should have stayed with EVE. Are there plans to add "stuff" to space? Or is the focus back on the ground?

Thats because i just ripped thru and took out everything. Give it a few minutes and they will respawn.

Avad Cousmew,

I couldn't agree more, well said. It is so disheartening to me that this expansion turned out this way. I really hoped it would add fun level of play to the game, sadly all it turned out for me is aggrivation, frustration and rarely go into space any more. Yea that fast travel is awesome but hardly worth the price of the expansion.

On a side note, a friend of mine just purchased the expansion and has leveled to tier 3 neutral with 1/10th the effort, hardly no aggrivation or frustration. Is she a better pilot than I am?Maybe to some extent but i think 90% is the unbalanced way they implemented the 3 pilot professions. Her missions were challenging but not undoable, she has not had mass issues to contend with. In other words as a neutral on the same server I am her experience with JTL has been drastically different and enjoyable.

It would be interesting to find out what ratio of Imp/Rebel/Neutral have mastered and/or still actually play the expansion.

Heck the only reason I played as long as I did was I wanted the Decimator so bad, well I could care less anymore. The "reward" isn't compelling enough to put up with the aggrivation, humiliation and stress.

JTL= NOT FUN
