The new dathomir destroy duty mission also spawns black sun. That'll work for imperials, and everyone else.

which bounty hunter helmet, ground or space if space its usually from tier 4 aces if for ground look for spawns on yavin 4 around the beaches.

Probably should be in the Game Guides forum, however:
The Black Sun Helmet is looted from a Tier 4 Black Sun Ace, in space. As far as I know, there is no static spawn. I mastered pilot over a series of months, I didn't rush through...and I've never laid eyes on one. My guild has actively searched for them with no luck. But I've seen players with the helmets ingame, so they are indeed out there...somewhere!

Your about as much likely to loot a legendary weapon then you are a BSH.
