also shipwrights cant make Veteran reward ships, they can upgrade them though. Actually Shipwrights should get some architect too, alot of "carebears" will want to decorate their ship for RP purposes.

ya,
and, cuz they arent upgradable, everyone will want another ship as fast as they can anyway.
heh, i'd hate to go out in my starter ship, on my first mission, and kill something, and get this uber upgrade, but not be able to upgrade my ship with it.

But that only happens after the ship is "live". You can't decorate a deed (unless you're using it as a tea mat or candle holder
)
Unless you're setting up another vendor for ship-board furniture. That would ba a good partnership. But I think a lot of Shipwrights will have their points in Armoursmith, Weaponsmith, and Master Artisanto be as self-sufficient as possible. I'm not neccessarily advocating it, I'm simply stating it as something you know is going to happen.

I was wondering if shipwright are attually going to make ships because in the JTL guide it says the pilot trainers give you your first star ship and i think it would be lots of resources to get just to make a YT-1300
Do shipwrights attuatly build them or just make weapons for the ships and sheild and uprades?

There may be a few that are obtained through other means, but the shipwright will build most of the ships.

Shipwright = Novice Profession
Starfighter Engineer = Elite Profession
At Master Shipwright you can build all of the ships, and at Master Starfighter Engineer you can build all of the special components.

and yet all the public info on JTL still says it includes 4 (yes count them 4) new professions, 3 piloting profs and the shipwright. I too have seen the starfighter engineer skill tree screenies. but until there is an official update on it, then as far as I can tell the official line is that shipwright is the only space expansion crafter.
