wouldnt it be weird that a rebel player in his x-wing with a rebel suit on and a rebel helmet ( if its there) go covert?

Remember kiddies. No skill mods in a twitch based shooter...you all need to be slapped...

this isnt nessesarally true. it may be twitch but you are still restricted by the monuverablity of the ship so there is room for improvement. and i believe that a master rebel pilot in a basic ship and a novice pilot in a basic ship, i think the master pilot will have a one up on the noob. While both are restricted by the ship the noob wont be able to put the ship at its full potential. So the master will usually win. but it still depends on the player, who knows that noob might spank the master. um its late i forgot my point sorry.
Any spelling error are intentional.

I completely understand that its twitched based, I play Xwing and TIE Fighter all the time. I was speaking in a since of maybe a small boost bonus or enhanced targeting in your ship or sensor enhancers...just ideas...no need to flame me..
Boost bonus to what? All the piloting trees are filled with are special commands such as /shuntpowertoshields and /callTIEbomber strike. There isn't any mods at all in the piloting trees. The only mods are on your ship, which is the only thing that fits into the RPG element. There is nothing that a person can do aside from adding new components or swapping them around to make your ship: faster, more agile, stronger, more powerful. If any outside ability other than the components on your ship cause you to perform any better or worse, it would destroy the game.
A flight suit is a flight suit. The imps needed them to breathe, the rebels did it just because it was snazzy. The little thing on the rebels chest? That was connected to a catheter.... ![]()
Tie's have no environment, so they are required to wear there suits to stay alive.

I was just pondering on some of my other posts when I remembered the TIE Pilot suit I had in my house. Dont you think that it would be a good idea to somehow recieve a bonus or mod for wearing a flight suit in your ship? It would make since, since I dont remember seeing any Rebel pilots not in their heavy flight suits and Imperial Pilots not in Imperial Pilot suits. Maybe you would have advanced targeting or something with it. And what about the B-wing flight suit Rebels get after a quest....maybe its a hint of the last ship to be added? Ever think of that?
