Thread: anyone know which rebel squadron is easiest, middle and hardest?

Vortex squad seems a bit more difficult then others, i've had now problems with it don't most high lvl missions in groups of 2-3 (i'm 4/4/4/3 atm so don't know last mission)

I started on in Tyrena, then Lok, then Yavin. Has been easy. A friend I am helping is doing phase 3 on Dathomir, can't remember where he started but his is much much harder.
For example, my missions we face wave after wave of ties that are just tier 2. His equivalent mission is tier 3 fighters.
I highly recommend starting out of Tyrena, Correllia.

I'm the friend Goliath is talking about. I started in Mos Espa and it was a breeze until I hit tier 3. Tier 3 from Dathomir is insanely difficult and can't be done alone. I've been helping Goliath do his tier 3 missions and they are nothing compared to mine. I have no idea why there is such an imbalance. Stay away from Mos Espa!

4/4/4/4 Crimson Phoenix. I had no problems once I got the hang of that first Tier 3 mission everyone is talking about. I have to do the last Tier 4 mission, but I'm beginning to suspect I won't be able to solo it. Took 2 days off, though. Gonna try again in a bit.

I'm Crimson Phoenix 3433.
So far I have had problems with tier 3 mission 3 (I think) where you have to take out 2 lambda shuttles with escort and tier 4 mission 1.
Tier 4 mission 1 is the hardest I have faced so far - just can't do the damn thing solo. Stuck on the very first part where you attack 8 tier 4 Interceptors and a Tier 4 Agressor. Got past this bit twice, but first time my ship was a mess and I didn't make it to the next wp in time, 2nd time the next part of the mission spawned right on top of me so my shields didn't have time to regen and I got wasted...
The mission should be soloable, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do it before all my components and chassis have decayed into nothingness.
Anyway, to sum up - from what I have heard it is perfectly possible to solo all the way to 4444 and even to master if you're careful.

same here. I started out of Tyrena (what squadron is that?) and have soloed every mission. Some by luck.

Right now im 4/4/3/3 , im about to be 4/4/4/3 in about about a good hours worth of duty missions.
As so far ive managed to solo every mission thrown at me. But thats not to say their all super easy by comparision to other squadrons/factions. A couple of them i got REAL lucky and finished it only by shear luck. I dunno how other people do, but thats how ive been doing. Teir 4 missions seem about on par or slighly less in difficulty then teir 3.
