Look at things this way.. The chassey dealers are charging you money for NOTHING. you paid 1 mil credits for that Tier 4 ship and have you pay the chassey deal what another 125k for NOTHING.. Call it repayment for him taking your 125k and doing nothing for you. Trust me this is equal balance.. And for the original poster saying 250K for an hours work is insane, no thats actually low money because buffed on the ground you can make a lot more then that so no this is LOW PAY! And the only people making that kind of money are people in higer tiers getting 10k per item because they are Master Pilots...

I think its fine the way it is.. Space needs all the help it can get right now

I hear your point. However, this will take time to balance.

I do not think that it is unacceptable to have the chassis dealers paying out what they do. As in any economy there are a lot of people who have next to nothing, for a variety of reasons. By getting good pay from the CD, it allows them something to do to make a small amount of money themselves, without asking for handouts!

Considering how SW has been designed and what they have to do to RE items and the option to make an obscene amount of money on ship chassis, just adds to the pro argument for CD purchasing loot. The firespray is supposed to be a phat lewt type ship. Let it be that. Already there are so many flying about - NOT Npc controlled ones!

All it needs is a bit of time to let the economy adjust.

Ok you totaly lost me on that one. How is it sucking money?

Also i cant tell you how many SW vendors i have droppeed loot at a sset price(Set by Them) only to have it refused. Then i have to ride out pick it up after making sure i have enough room to get it all. I have more loot that my 10 houses can handle.

Ive noticed SW are the only ones complaining about this. I guess me having to pay 950k for tier 4 ships and so fourth isnt enough, they want to buy my loot to RE and sell for more, or even better, get the KSE disk and make a 50 or so million profit off our loot they spent maybe 3 or 4 mil after buying enough to get the disk. I dont have a problem with SW buying loot, its the business they run that i dont like.

Before the chassis dealer started buying loot, I could get loot parts off the bazaar for about 1k per piece. Per piece not per level. So lets say I have to RE 3k pieces to get all 8 of the disks. That is 3 million credits I spent to get the disks. This goes over to the selling of a firespray because like it or not, if I am selling it, then the buyer is paying for all the loot I had to RE to get the disk.
However now if I wanted to do that I would spend about 4k per piece. Now we are up to 12 million. 4 times the cost in loot. And the buyer is still going to pay for it.
So for you its ok that SWs will raise their prices up too 4 times for firesprays? Ok I will make sure the next firespray I sell doesnt go for anything less then 100 million.

Thats fine by me, I dont play on your server. Anyway, I understand where you are comming from yes, even more if I was a SW, but the problem is there is no true reason to complain about this, there are still loot pieces on the bazzar(on my server anyway) and because there are also plenty of ppl that dont like the CD buying system, they will post their loot on the bazzar still. Me personally, ive never posted an item on the bazzar, nor have I sold any loot to the broker, sometimes I destroy it, but most of the time I save it, I have about 80 pieces on my character atm, and a factory with about another 50-60. I was just expressing it from my POV, because I dont have alot of credits, and never really have, so me having to pay 950k for tier 4 chassis, is literally about half of my wallet. Remember this is the price on my server. Shadowfire is one of the smaller if not the smallest, so maybe larger servers have lower prices. My server is Republican, the poor cannot survive, and im forced into spending what little credits i get from missions and what not, to pay for overpriced goods. Im talking stuff like DE-10's with 338 damage for 5 million, mediocre geo's for 400-1.5 mil, and full suits of comp for 500k to 1 mil, outrageous. I understand crafters need to make a living but so do I, go ask any experienced crafter how much money they have, then ask any normal person like me. It's as if I cant get anywhere in this game without being a "l337".
