Didn't swg get pulled off the selves because it didn't sell well. maybe they are unsure about jtl as they had a bad time selling jtl. thanks to pcg who gave it a bad review.

That show was pretty damn funny - they ran it here in Denmark as well a couple of years ago. Nothing like dark English humour

Just that statement alone made me completely lose any support I had for you.

Ok I a little peaved that UK people will be behind the Yanks on JTL by 2 weeks.
So this is a place for you to post your rasons as to why this has happened.
Release of San Andreas GTA.
UK shops have prioritised the release of this before JTL, putting us back a whole extra week.
So, just cos some greedy corporations want to get a punchy sale for another game we get the shaft. Dont they know that JTL will most definately be return customers using the SWG game? or is it that they want you to spend your money on other things first, cos they know your going to buy it anyway.
So whoevers responsible for the delay, Thanks a bunch, for shafting the UK and whoever else is in this position.
Nothing like letting the Yanks get ahead eh?
Some competitive players will see this as a very annoying and typical of this game. When your havinga game, there usually accompaniesrules, like everyone should have equal chance to win, or succeed.
I think you should deactivate the product for 2 weeks in the US to allow the other players chance to catch up.
I wonder how much intrest there would be in a JTL boycott?

there haven't been loads of posts at all. In fact there is only one country with a confirmed release and thats Germany.
The only reason I have the game is because I bought a CD key from dlgamer.com
wrong
confirmed countries (confirmed by posts of people who bought the game there) are:
denemark
germany
belgium
uk
france
and that's not assumptions, that's facts, people posted about buying JTL in stores there, and I personally confirm for france as I bought 2 copies there, in a large store (like virgin megastore), the 28th.

So america can win the space race, why else?
Actually, I'm just as pissed since I pre-ordered it here in the US and I am STILL waiting for my dam key. EB had the nerve to send the beta cd FedEx and then send out the final release using stndard postal service.

That is strange as I oredered from Ebgames.com also and they sent both disc priority overnight. I have the retail version early morning on the 27th.

take my word for it... someone may have been able to find a one-off copy somewhere but it is NOT available Uk-wide.

I have written my own thread also ,on the total lack of help for any problems involving this expansion pack. I have had a few problems with SWG, but not enough to warrant a complaint, but JTL seems to be riddled with problems. With your post added, the list of complaints nowincludes a whole global region not being able to play. Well, what can we the consumers do? Nothing. We are at the hands of SOEand to a lesser extint, lucas Arts. And yes, it is their problem regarding shipping delays.
This is why the blame lies squarely on their shoulders. Sony/L.A.sells the distribution contracts to other companies. So, they are held accountable for what that company does or does not do. Just like they sell the marketing campaigns to one company, or packaging to another. Big companies sub little parts of the whole to others for cost and resource reasons. But if one or all the companies fail to complete their job, then the core company is to blame.
If Sony/L.A. makes a game that sells 2 million in a week, they take all the credit, and rightfully so, but you don't hear about the companies that Sony/L.A. hires to do all the other things needed to put that game out. Well it should and ultimately, has to be both ways. Great game/shipping advertising, kudos to them. Bad game/shipping/advertising, shame on them.
And alittle side note. If we were all not such huge fanboys and girls, this wouldnt be a problem. But these big companies know they have a larg market to abuse and have no qulms about doing it.
So if you the Star Wars fans are truly tired of taking it in the rear, speak out in fourms like this. You never know when king george is surfing the net.

In Denmark it was in shops yesterday... Or at least, in one of the local TV/radio/computer stores.
