Same thing happened to me. Apparently they are investigating it.
The free ship was the main reason I bought JTL. My ticket response was the CSR telling me to wait until I have 180 days, I responded asking if he even read my ticket, then he closed it.
They got my $30 more so they're happy, I didn't get my ship so I'm ha...oh wait, no I'm not happy. I'd like to say I have confidence that it will get sorted out and I'll get my ship, but I can't.

I'll be the savior of all of us shiplesses. Type /getveteran. It will tell you how old you are. Been playing and paying since march 2nd and im 0 days old lol.

your lcuky they got back to u. i sent 3 tickets just on this and maybe 15 others for other stuff and never got 1 response back.

The CSR in game said I cant do anything, but i will tell others about it. Kind of like that, reported it 3 days ago.

November 24th you will get your reward...apparently the first free month does not count...Hope that helps

What part of "started MARCH 2 did you not get? April+May+June+July+August+September+October=7 months, more than enough.

That's why they posted the notes about this being bugged. There seems to be a bug were it doesn't always calculate this correctly.
All it takes is 6 months without any breaks in service. I've been around about the same amount of time and received my reward.
I would just keep an eye on the notes about this and see if it's fixed soon, if not send in another ticket if you don't get it after the fix is published.
***EDIT*** Trying to get a dev response on this isn't going to work. Especially when they already posted that this may be a bug and they are investigating it.
