as rsf i could not engage imp target .. a friend as corsec could not engage rebel targets.. so jabba had to be the neutral one .. anyone got a wp to the imp general?
As a member of the Smugglers Alliance, Admiral Burke has tasked me with destroying 30 imperials in the Kessel system. I think Smugglers (jabba) may be allied with the Alliance. (however, I am a covert rebel on the ground)
I doubt there can be a true Neutral Freelance faction, as there are no Neutral Corvettes out there.

One thing you might also consider, although I know you don't really want to shoot down an imperial corvette,is if you have no choice but to attack the Imperial corvette for Jabba's you may want to do it anyway just to master then change. Every time you master a pilot profession you advance twice as fast if you decide to start over because of changes to xp. This is to make it easier for pilots who just want to change and try out something new or try out other missions since you already did the grind once.
Is there any proof of this? I'd hate to start over if this was not the case.
thanks

I have heard that you get double the EXP after mastering and tryinga new flying profession. I have not experienced it myself, but I have heard that is the way it is.

There needs to be official clarification on this... maybe add that when you talk to the neutral recruiter he tells you... these doods have affiliation with the empire... or whatever.
I've heard conflicting reports regarding who if either is the "true neutral" SA or corsec.
appears that SA can attack any NPC... reb/imp/other but has todestroy the impvette
corsec on the other hand can attack any NPC as well... but has a choice imp/reb vette
RSF can NOT attack imp but can any other... has todestroyreb vette

After master your affilliation in deep space is determined by your faction standing. You have to declare a side to enter deep space. I have -3000+ rebel FP and am a covert im (obviously) and can only choose to be imperial.

ok more clarification .. i did get master sa pilot ... i can still attack any npc .. pvp only attack rebs no imp killing for me ..
space stations .. i can only declare at imp ones reguardless of ground faction
the corsec is the only true neutral .. gives option to kill either vett..
jabba/sa kill imp one
rsf kill the reb one ..
