Yes - I have soloed this mission. The only tricky part is running the force field at the droid. You cannot peace you see and this means u cannot gte the droid to release the electric field. You ahev to turn of the thing on the run.
Full buffs and 80% energy armour also needed. I just have two akuan rings apart from that.
Assasin cannot be done alone but I recon rescue might.

The destroy mission is easy to solo with rifleman and novice smuggler. If you also have scout 4/0/0/0 and a MSL you can rock it. (go prone under cover, this gives a huge defense bonus against ranged) and crawl your way though. I swear you can crawl almost as fast as you can run, esp if you have terrain neg food in you.

The rescue mission is actually really hard to solo for any profession. The problem is once u draw an aggro, you cannot talk to the prisoners.
The destroy mission is easier...and the assassination the hardest to solo. (Although depending on templates, some can even solo the assassin too)
But back to the Rescue mission...even if u make it all the way to the prisoners w/o dying...you will at least be aggro'd....and cannot complete the mission until u aren't...but hitting peace wont fix that. The best way to do the rescue is to split it with a doc....as when you die, get rezzed..then talk to the prisoners..and then hope u can get to the escape pods in 1 piece (Bring vercupti)

By waiting. It spawns about every 2 hours. Check out the thread on how to do that mission. It gives the WP's and information on how to make sure it will spawn. I've waited for 2.5 hours before. Make sure all GB's are gone at the exit WP before heading to the entry WP, then just wait.....

BS3 is less for damage and more for drawing turret fire away from you, although they do eventually take out all but the bridge of the vette if given enough time.
Congratulations though, don't let this crowd get you down.
I do vettes in DS all the time, since farmers leave them up and I get bored while waiting for players to zone in. Once you understand what to shoot and where, they're a piece of cake. The Kessel vette is mostly a matter of disposing of the escorts quickly and efficiently.

I can beat that. Last night I soloed 5 fully operational corvettes in deep space. No bomberstrike, no missiles. It's not too hard when you get the hang of it.

Doesn't take long at all. Freelancers and Rebels do it all the time.
