I usually grind in the Endor system. Theres a cloud spawn for tier 4 Z-95's and its quite easy. But I think im going to try to go to Kash and try that one.

Rubber band strategy here we go...
For gunboats and such that fly a straight path... Imagine for a second a big rubber band tied onto your ship and the gunboats ship, get to far away and that rubber band will pull you with the ship thats esentially what I do.
You stop under the gunboat start shooting at it and then when its too far away you fly back to it and repeat the process till its destroyed.

heres the best way to kill a gunbaot
go 560-570m from the gunbaots well out of its range the manuel aim useign that dot and fire it will still hit the hsip and dmg it it mite be slower then normal but its 100% safe

I am a Freelance Pilot and when I want/need to grind, I just go to my Tier 4 Pilot Trainer and get Hidden Dagger, Black Sun, or Hutt missions that spawn Tier 4 ships and once you've cleaned out that waypoint, you get another and just clean them out and you get another waypoint. Just repeat the porcess until you get your xp or fill your inventory with ships parts. I cam make the 1 mil xp in about an hour. Better than flying all over a sector looking for kills when they can come straight to you.

Kessel is the best, go grind there. Whenever I hit tier 1 its off to Kessel, gets the lower tiers doen really quickly. If you cnat hack it just group up with some poeple there and follow them around hitting their targets, but tis better solo.

ROFL! You stil grind there. If you want to grind on tier 3's, hyper to dant asair's ribbon. Right outside of the hyper there is a huge amount of tier 3's non-agro. Amazing xp. If you want to grind on tier 4's, hyper to endor D-512 or whatever that point is called (it looks similar to that). Right by the RSF space station, there is a huge spawn of non-agro(even to rebels) imperial reasearchers flying Y-wings and X-Wings who are all tier 4. I'm not sure if RSF or imperials can attack them, but it's worth a shot.
