I have heard none of thisabout the group limit being changed to eight. I'd say either this "Dev" didn't know what he was talking about, you're making it up, or you missunderstood.

- There has been no official post on the number of people allowed in the Yacht - none.
- Until an official post is made by SOE, all else is rumor and speculation.
- The Yacht will be invulnerable live.
- Yes, there is a bug in Beta right now that allows the Yacht to be attackable - it's a hoot, don't freak out about it because it will get fixed.
- No, women and children are not the only ones who RP.
- If you qualify as a Veteran player you will love the Yacht.

i sure hope they don't, thet yacht is way to big for only 8, 20 should fit fine(havn't taken many people in mine). the main room could easily fit 20, so i don't understand this 8 poeple thing, it's a dumb idea.

My only beef with the Yacht is the items limit (75 items).
This ships is 4 freakin stories tall and the size of a guild hall and we're limited to 75 items max? I can't even decorate the cantina part fully with that little of items. This really needs to be changed. What is the point of having a party on an empty ship?

Devs dont tell just one person what's going to happen... that's not the way it works... Especially with how open the devs speak on the beta boards, there is NO WAY you are the only one that heard this (though it appears that way).

ohh so now im a missinformative player my roomate was sitting next to me when i was told this if your a dev you should be fired for being stupid go crawl in a hole and gotegg if your a dev you should expect more from you then ask about and refer to my genitals

Mis leading or not. You didn't really beleive the stats from Beta did you! I mean really, they wheretrying to keep it all a big secret, do you really think they would trust any of us with the complete facts.
Were'nt any of you around during SWGs launch when they changed everything and all the beta guys where screaming blue murder about being made to look like fools. lol.. Estimates of 3 days to master something suddenly became 3 months..lol
Let me help you out here. That which we know from Beta is very probably mis-information. The speeds of the ships, their stats, the size of space, the damage level from weapons, XP requirements. If you needed to kill 30 ships in a mission before, it might be changed to 10 ships in production. Anything where a quick change of a number will do the trick, that could be changed without loosing what was gained during Beta and they have a history of doing JUST THAT. Who could blame them with all the leaking going on..
And we know they have a love affair with the nurf bat, especially if players say they like something.. its seems like the kiss of death to say that. So colour me not surprised at all that this could very well be true.
lmao.. Havent you people learned yet, the best way to protect a game feature you like is to scream that its a BUG. Not even the Jedi can kill those.. hehe.

Oh, i'm sorry... if your roommate saw it, then it must be true... I'm sorry i ever doubted you. BTW, my nephew has a friend who's brother's former dorm-mate's ex-boyfriend's cousin's mother-in-law who kicked your roommates ass. That's pretty sad that he got beat up by a girl. But my neighbor was standing right there when we saw it happen, he'll tell you it really happened.

I'm not posting opinion, if you look at my original post, you'll notice i provide factual links to posts by you, which actually do contain mis-information passed off as correct. After the third post chocked full of BS, i thought it was time to call you on it... which i did.
But, once again, i have to appologize, because as you stated earlier, there is no possible way your information could be incorrect, after all your roommate saw it.
I've now said more than enough to make you look like a fool, and you've backed me up quite well... I thank you for that, this thread will now die.

I have heard from my cousins, brothers, uncles former roommate that he saw the devs use a yacht to kamikaze into a planet and wipe out a factional base, the more people on the ship the bigger the explosion is what they said, and my dog saw all of this so it must be true. 
And don't you dare argue about it, as my dog saw it all, so it must be true.
