It is, there was a bug in beta that alloud it to be destroyed as well as travel to the PvP zones. Now it can no longer be destroyed nor travel to PvP zones . I know for a fact this is fixed because on monday I went out to take one more farewell stroll in my Yacht (because I wont be getting my own on live for a while yet) and got shot at by corsairs for about 20 minutes without taking a bit of damage to shields and I even stoped so they could get a better shot .

word to the wise.... while decorating, do not push your furniture through the glass. It will stay their an haunt you forever... oh how you scorn me ottoman outside my window. But since it's unarmed.. i'm thinking of arming it with ottoman torpedos.. behold thewrath of my ottoman.
