As far as I understand Adjust and Reinforce command then Adjust make it possible to get a higher shield in a specific direction, having a 2000/2000 shield adjusted to 3000/1000 which I find very practical when facing turretet ships. Reinforce should work like if a 2000/2000 shield is down to 1000/2000 you can steal from the other to get 2000/1000, but it wont go above 2000. Correct me if I am wrong
