My record speed... and you may not believe it but here are the circumstances:
Current Engine: 63.2 YPR, 92.2 Speed Reward - Well Used - 5.9 Hitpoints left - Non-RE'd
Friend's engines got blown off during her mission... conducted vrepairother, my engines disappear.. read negative -777% on engine
Conduct InSpaceRepair... engines don't return... but I have boosters.. can't steer... wait
Conduct InSpaceRepair... engines reappear... at -32.2 hitpoints....
Now get this....
TOP SPEED... unboosted... some sort of bug... hit boosters...5120!!!!! I would take a shot and I was travelling atnearly the same speed as my bolts...YPR was incredible... I could do a full rotation every 0.5 seconds in a Y-Wing LP...
I clocked my time from Dantooine Station to Rebel Deep Space Station... distance of 4.5k... 4 seconds. I don't have screenshots... had a few buddies come in and check it out... they couldn't believe it either.
Returned to Dantooine... went to ground, went back up... repaired engines again... thankfully that cancelled the bug...
Now who can top 5120...

Out of curiosity, Felix, where did you loot this?
I've been playing JTL off and on since its release, and I have yet to loot a single engine with good top speed or 70+ YPR. I see some of the loot on this forum and practically turn green with envy.
So far my best pull was a level 8 gun with low mass and nice ratings vs. shields/armor, which I'm going to combine with the questreward cannon to produce a real monster for use on my A-Wing.
Edit: I thought I should add... I realize this is REd, but it's easy to see that at least one of your engines had 100+ speed before the RE. The pre-RE YPR ratings were around 69. These are *really* nice stats from where I sit, and I've never gotten anything close.

Are you sure you did not miss a 0 on the mass? 4k sounds way off from what I looted so far, 40k would make sense tho.

kotae: hehe your right i turned them in for a RE job and the one with that little mass couldent be used in the same RE so it has now 28k mass 
Shineknuckle: the engine is a RE job the top speed before that was 102 i belive.. i have had it since about release its one of the first engines i ever looted.. i think they have changed stats on engine loot now

Hhehe thought so, and my similar engine is also a bit older.
So: yes they might have stealth nerfed the loot engines to at least get sloweras the crafted ones.
The p/y/r rates on the crafted engines could still need a little push tho.

im considdering using my veteran reward to stop its decay if that is possible since i walue a fast engine alot
