QFE, in star wars battlegrounds they have the naboo fighters, upgraded and everything...when they had the naboo civilization. Use that.

Seriously though, Id like to see a medium war-vessel.

Imperial:

The Star Destroyer would be cool, but what about taking it in steps? How about a heavy gunship that uses special componets like turbolasers or triple layer armor, or heavy/mulit components?

The Lambda would rock of course.

There are a ton of ships I'd like to see in SWG. But first... the Devs need to up the ship limit in our datapad from three to atleast four or five. If not, there wont be many people who use the new ship... especially masters...

Privateer: (RSA) Naboo Royal Transport (preferably the one out of episode I, since it wasnt too big, like the one at the start of AOTC, or too small, like the one near the end of AOTC) as a multiperson ship (MPS), Naboo N-1, Naboo Bomber.


(SA) Cloakshape Fighter,R-41, Marauder Corvette (MPS).


(Corsec) A Surronian Conqueror Assult Ship (aka Guri's Stinger, MPS), Blacksun Starviper,Skipray Blastboat.


(All) MandalMotors Pursuer (aka Slave II, MPS) gained as a rare loot from the Deathwatch Bunker, Geonosian Fighter (gained through finding a rare schematic in the geo dungeon), Clone Fighter Torrent-19, seen in Clone Wars cartoon, as a rare loot from the Warren)


Pirates (in other words NPC ships): Uglies (e.g. TYE-Wing, TIE Wing, X-TIE)


Imperials: TIE Defender, TIE Avenger, TIE Phantom (V-38), Imp Sentinel Landing Craft(MPS), Lambda Shuttle (Multiperson Ship), TIE Scimitar.


Rebels: Tandem X-wing (seen in Crimson Empire II), Corellian Corvette MPS (it looks pretty small in the incredible cross sections), T-wing, K-Wing, E-wing.


Jedi: Jedi Starfighter, Radiant VII style MPS (from the start of Episode I)

Dark Jedi: Tri-Fighter (ala Episode 3),raith Seiner Armed Courier (aka Sith Infiltrator)MPS

(I knowthese arn't proper factions but they deserve some space perk).


Of course, the placing of the ships is not arbitary, especially in Privateer. I think the privateer ships shouls be sharedbetween factions, but if I had to be arbiatry, thats the factions I'd like to see them in.I dont think all of these ships should be included, that would be too much work, but some of them, defintely (along with those already mentioned).


BTW I agree that there should be no Suncrusher, its pointless! There was only one in existance and it would only fire the missles to destory suns... ie no practical purpose. I think we would do best to take this one off the list. I realise that some of the ships I've put down maybe in poor taste, but the sun crusher is just foolish.

I think there is a thing like the suncrusher already. Its called price hikes, if they ever decide to raise the cost of this game to play a month. It will be the equivilent to having SWG's solar system whiped out.

lol, I agree.

However even as a quest no player should be allowed use it it, even if it would be a blast.. "Hey guys I just griefed all of Coronet/Talus with one attack!" ROFl that would be hilarous. Even better, tell the rebs to gather there for a battle, then launch the missle!

The quest is not a bad Idea, perhaps commanders of the supposed "Future" Cap. ships should go through some form of quest for it.

ok... Keep in mind though... We are in between Episode 4 and 5... the E-Wing is not available nor is the Suncrusher... They were post Episode 6 ships.

Jedi are exctinct, Melee weaponry is all but useless, the B-wing is still just an idea in old Ackbars head, the A-wing is a prototype, and some of the higher level TIE fighters are not in circulation to anyone other than the really powerful Moffs and other Imperial leaders. So your point with the E-wing is?

Also, the Suncrusher thing was probably a joke, no-one could expect to be able to fly that in this MMO.

I see your point as a player, but from an overallgame-immersion standpoint I disagree. What are the odds that one person could afford 3 starships, let alone 5? Don't get me wrong, I like having my SoroSuub and my JTL fighter but it IS a little unrealistic to assume that everyone could have several ships.
