Aww, come on now, the sooner they get all this JTL stuff out of the way the sooner they can get back to the ground game
They'll run out of stuff pretty soon at the rate they've been going with JTL FF's hehe.

You know, normally I cut them some slack concerning these Friday Features. I mean, would it be nice if there were a Friday Feature called: "We Have Completely Revamped Combat And Everyone Gets Fixed"? Yes, yes it would. But I generally like to ask myself, when I see a Friday Feature, "Well, this may not help me, but does it help other players?"
That's how I looked at that one recently about all of the space components. I knew 99% of that, but a lot of people probably didn't, and to them, that was a great read. It also at least required someone to sit down and organize/write the whole thing, so I am willing to respect the time that was put in.
But this Friday Feature is seriously, sorely lacking. I mean, aren't those just the descriptions from the Hyperspace menu typed out? I could be wrong, but if they are NOT the same, they might as well just have used those.

Or they could stop Friday Features altogether. ![]()
C'mon, this is much better than nothing.

There seem to be several indications that we will be able to mine resources from space at some point.
Lord I hope that's the case - the price on steel needs a thorough beating down IMO.

This WOULD make sense, seeing as we are in the middle of a loot revamp...

While it's good to draw attention to the POI information, which is rich and quite fun, all of this is available in-game from the player's datapad. This is a lot like the "feature" on the graphical Options screen, where instead of providing any new information you just regurgitated the screen's own help text. Please, TH, can we get some info that's not already at our fingertips?
Just to be constructive I'll mention that these POIs have at least two good uses. One is a quick way to tell your friends where to find you. The other is that most are static spawn points for ships of a particular faction and strength. For example, the Nova 3 station in Yavin's sector is great for practicing on Tier 2 & 3 Imperial opponents, with some Rebel NPCs around to keep the pressure from getting too intense.
Also a lot of the POIs are really cool looking up close: rusted old space hulks, asteroid bases... in Yavin again, I really like the clouds of Death Star debris.

Personally I like it. I've had JTL since it launched but RL has kept me from playing much, so all these POI's interest me. Yes it's straight from the Data Pad, but that's only accessible if you are in flight and can be tough to read and compare different points. This way I can cut and paste to a word document and have a quick reference by my keyboard that lets me choose where I want to go.

I know, its just that I am finally starting to feel the end may be near with this gameppl leaving, false hope in small publishes, sad attempts to change the economy cold turkey, dont get me wrong I like the game, but i used to LOVE the game

People are leaving because there is nothing to do. They gave up putting in new dungeons and the ones in there are laughable. I mean, come on, the loot drop rate for BH pieces to make manod armor is laughable anymore. Berzerker rifle has been broken for ages etc. etc
