Ok.. Maybe a stupid question, but I'm baffled here.
I stepped away from the controls somehow 
in my yacht and can walk around.

Click and hold to bring up the radial on the pilot's chair. There is an option to pilot ship.

I started a toon on another server and when I logged on I didn't have the deed to the Yacht. Is the Yacht rewarded by the age of the account or toon? If it's by account then I should get it but if it's by toon I'll have to wait. Unless it's only one per account. So, what is it? Anyone know?

I think it based on how long you have had that account.
My Shipwright, Rebel Pilot Alt just got her Yacht a day or two ago. She didn't get Jtl until RotW was released.

Your right, it's not one per account. I logged back on and the 180 Day Claim Veterans reward window popped up. Too bad I couldn't get all the other rewards.

It is. My account is coming up on 2 years now. That's why I was kind of confused. Anyway, I got it now. Not sure why I had to log off to get it activated.
