Yup, that's how you start it. From Flash. He then sends you to the guy on Talus.

did they fix "The Damaged Freighter" as well? its a few stages before the convoy and its broken as well.

Don't use a crafted tractor beam for that mission. It makes the freighter explode prematurely.

Wow....I guess I DO neeed to wait until publish 24. I was decorating someones Y-8 yesterday and I was trying to move items up and it said "player_structure:[error_move_item]" And I now found out that this is a known issue...which sucks because you can't make a coffee machine without coffee. So now he has coffee and important documents on the floor...but I still get paid YAY!

Yes the old bug is fixed... but there is a new one gateingthe Y-8 quest.
The mission AFTER the old mission was bugged is now bugged. It wont acknowlege the destruction of the escort of the Guilded Wookie we have to destroy.

lol i did the y-8 quest all of it execpt the last misson where you mine dimons from kessel as a 3333 privteer pilot i cant handle the ships it spawns

Mission is still broken as of today 3 of my guildies and i have tried convoy stil lbroken so put the crack pipe down

Not exactly sure why some folks are getting stressed out about the Y-8 quest still being borked, I was under the impression that this particular quest gets fixed publish 24 er which hasn't went live yet :-)

lol....They were refering to the Publish 24 notes, which has not be released yet. You'll get to finish your quest with the next publish, your not the only one waiting for it to be fixed.

yeah because on the tractor beam quest whenever i tractor beam all the resources out until the ship blows up but no pirates turn up and it never says if ive failed or completed
