I agree....I asked a simple question in a ticket about an exploit, a YES OR FREAKING NO QUESTION. "Is *such and such* an exploit"

I actually had a CSR guy help me before, over and above the norm...


was stuck in a quest, and couldn't go back to the last step, as i stood as completed but not having the item...


His suggestion was that to group with someone who hadn't done the mission yet, and have him do it.

As i was CL 14 then, i could never do it alone, but was grouped with a CL 80 friend of mine who was extended afk... and had done the quest.


So the CSR guy actually takes time out to group with me and start the quest himself... so i could get past the step...



so a few CSR peeps are great...



The SoE code :
