I think the Star Destroyer should be something special for the Deep Space people, but I also think that the orbiting Star Destroyers should be visible. Just imposed against the planet itself or something, suggesting they're in low orbit.

I think that's a little silly, as the Empire could wipe Jabba from the face of the galaxy in an armed conflict. Might anger some other Hutts, but I don't know how powerful the rest of them are.

they could just put them dead in space like the frigate in endor, but with a static spawn of TIE-Fighters and shuttles and the like.
