Just my luck, the only exceptional item i loot is a broken one hahahaha. I feel like somone who got drunk and somone swapped his toothpaste with preparation H. That minty taste in your mouth isnt neccesarily a good thing.

I recently obtained a lvl 10 capacitor with the stats and RE of a lvl 5 capacitor. Not sure if it's just a wrong cert level or if it's an insanely good loot. Betting on the former.

I have a RE2 level 2 capacitor with 905 energy... I'll have it RE'd with a sucky level 2 capacitor with low mass and low drain, and I'll get a very nice and very light 950 capacitor
