It isnt. I got my JtL cdkey yesterday, I ordered also 5 copies of swg from them over last 14 months, some of them with box delivery, in some cases only cd-keys. They have tip top customer service, and never encountered any problems.

i signed up, and paid mah money.... within 15mins i had signing up mail, invoice mail, and codes mail! which works fine btw 
/grumble now why didnt i enable those background dl's :/
ah well... 50mins and counting! w000t

Booo, I should have paid more attention in my German class ... can't understand the site enough to cancel my order hehe. Oh well will see you guys in space next week

Well, it ain't working now. Just signed up and added JTL serial only to my basket, hit checkout and all I got was an email saying it was on pre-order

Ive placed my order with Interactcd for the CD key, (ive already got a copy being shipped from the states, but have 2 accounts)
Ill let you know if Im up & flying soon

Great Shade, Let us know if the CD Key alone is enough to be able to download and play JTL, as I'm reading contradicting posts saying you need to install from the CD, and you don't
