Ask around to the shipwrights you see listed on the bazaar terminals. You can simply get their names by clicking on the items, of course.

Get setup through a regular shipwright to sell your lvl 10 stuff to them. You shouldn't have a problem finding one that is interested. I have a regular who always buys my lvl 10 stuff for 15k an item. I just throw it on her vendor.
