It's FREE! Not only that, but it *supposed* to be a Veteran Reward, so it wouldn't make all that much sense for people to hand them out to newbies.

I'd delete mine, but I'm too cheap to do it. I think it holds around 2 or 3 mill worth of furniture...

Ok, here's the rundown.

The deed is unlimited in use. You can generate as many yachts as you have slots, don't recommend doing more than two. You can destroy the yachts at any time, and generate more. Everyone who's JTL enabled gets one at 6 months.

Selling them is beyond pointless.
