Ok i buy the new pet you get from the pre order dl. i get it and it says im now able to controll this pet? any ideas on how to fix this if i can or cant? or am i out the $$ i payed for it?

is it the pre-order reward (a Varactyl with CL 10) or is it the quest reward a Master CH can get on Kashyyk (a Varactyl with CL 65). The first one is non-CH and should be controllable by anyone, the second can only be controlled by a Master CH.

perhaps there is a feature that u need rotw to control even the non-CH Varactyl?

its cl 10. i had a mount before cu and im not able to mount that one any more and it still cays cl 10. so any one know the deal should i open a ticket and hope they reply before 2 - 3weeks?

Sounds like the old CU is delivering a healthy dosing of personal character nerfage to people so they can't control controllable creatures :/. Haven't we seen a whole bunch more posts about this same issue lately? Sounds like some widespread bug to me....
