- Get in a bigger group. The more people in it, the more XP everyone gets.
- Make sure you do at leastone flourish every 10 seconds. Two flourishes is ideal.
- Make sure you use your highest instrument and/or song.
- Consult this thread for all the little things about XP gain.
- It's going to take a while to gain boxes in Entertainer/Dancer/Musician. It's not that it's slow, it's just that we're going at the right speed and all the combat professions can advance too quickly.

i really love to peform and being an entertainer but i have to say.
i just got dancing 1 andmusic 1! It have taken me about a couple of hours in a group with two other entertainers....
i think this goes extremely slow..
I dont wanna go AFK play but this is taken forever.. no progress at all...
help

how do i speed up the proces?i wanna have the mando and cemeroal, and just take up musician along the way! I really enjoy the sound and look of the mando and cemorial

6. Chat with the group; make the time on line a GAME.You will generally find that a few of the crowd in any cantina are ATK and happy tohave fun because it is what theylove doing as well.
7. Talk to the customers, it is always interesting to watch how many players will gravitate to the ATK entertainers and learn who is normally present. Most people enjoy the interaction with another person, even some of those who seem untalkative. It also improves your tips far more than a macro pleading for them.

I started on the path to the village.
1. The old man visitied me.
2. I got attacked by the two Sith.
3. I looted them for the data info
4. I got the way point to the sith camp.
5. When close to the sith camp my force crystal loaded with a mission to investigate the camp.
6. The sith camp spawned IN A BUILDING!
a. The 1st CSR told me I was lying and that it didn't spawn inside a building. But, if it had don't worry about it, it would spawn in a new loaction.
Two days latter it had not. But I now had four way points to the exact same camp in my data pad.
b. The next CSR told me to eliminate the way points from my data pad and it would re-spawn correctly.
So, I deleted the way points. Here we are four days latter and it hasn't respawned yet!!
c. The E-mail to SOE was responded to - File a bug report. We don't help players with mission issues. You shouldn't have eliminated way points.
ARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH! (Better than using foul language)
OK, here's my question- How can I get back on to the get to the village trail? My force Crystal Reflects the "Investigate the camp" mission but it didn't re-set when the way point was eliminated. I think that means that the camp will NEVER re-spawn and that I can NOT get attacked by the sith (to get a new camp to attack) because I have the "investigate the camp" mission on my crystal.
Eleven months of playing this game, I finally get to try so kind of jedi like stuff, soe puts my mission in a building and then tells me its all my fault and don't expect them to help.
Can any player assist me with some real information instead of telling me I am a rotten person?

Tricky one that bro.. never heard of that heppen to anyone before..
i have no clue on how that can be fixed...
Maybe destroy the data disk and hope the sith come for you again ?

If I destroy my force crystal, does that re-set me to start; i.e. would the old man visit me again if I destroy the force crystal???

mt friend destoryed the message with the wp and the sith returned. then he got a second message with the wp and everything went smooth.

My problem is that my Force Crystalhas the missionsaying for me to Investigate a location that is now destroyed. It only says that after you get the WP from the sith.
I believe that as long as my force crystal says that then the sith won't attack, as the system thinks they already have.
Its beenseveral days sitting in the middle of nowhere. No, sith anywhere to be seen.

This is just kinda sad. 11 months of playing this game and I get one chance to try and be a jedi. SOE screws up the programming and then basically tells me to go to hell when I try to get help.
I am quitting this game. Have fun all.

if i was you i would writea letter toSOE complaing of how their staff treated you , and also send a copy of everything to a gamer magazine ..... then see how SWG deal with that !!!!!!

Actually I am lodging a FRAUD complaint against SOE with the Attorney General of the State of California.
Fraud is comitted when you advertise a product and then refuse to produce it after its paid for. I have a paid account. It impossible for me to try and play as a Jedi. They have advertised that you can try and play as a Jedi. Since I can no longer play that portion of the game and they refuse to assist me, they are committing fraud. Let them talk the the Attorney General's Office.
