Jedi *IS* the same as every other profession.. haven't you been following up the past several publishes man?

Doc and CM heal is far superior to ours now..

every single profession do far more damage than lightsabers now (nevermind powers!)..

we're further held back by our force bar, and they went and gave us action and mind cost to boot..

they got root, snare, paralyse, just like we do..

need I go on?

and i agree that jedi is borked, more and more lately.. but thats partially because of the extensive jedi population, back when they were rare.. they were able to be over powered since they were so rare... but with jedi making up such a huge % of the player population, they HAD to be tuned back... which is another reason i think some form of perma death needs to be put into place... the fewer jedi there are, they stronger they will be, i guarantee it. Jedi have continually gotten weaker since the population began to rise, and will continue to do so. As of now, jedi is a one way revolving door... once a jedi, always a jedi... and if thats how it, you can expect to be nerfed even more... i personally preffered fewer, stronger jedi.. than tons of weaker jedi..

Hehe nice thread to alleviate some of the crap on these boards. One thing you want to keep in mind is that PVP rating means very little.

A cloaker usually has a higher PVP rating than the majority, an Enhancer might come as second, both due to obvious reasons. PVP rating, and PVP skill are pretty different things, sometimes linked, but not always.

PvP rating usually hovers around 1800, but it is 1788 atm. I am mls 4440 def 4000 heal 3002 enhance, and have been this since day 1 of the CU. I use mando wine, won-won, crispic, booster blue, pikatta pie, and exo-protein wafers as needed. I only have +10 in saber acc atm, but I really want more.

My PvP rating hangs around 1600. Personally, I think that if you've got a PvP rating higher than 1700 then you don't really PvP. You gank.

yea my post cu is around 1600 at 1550 atm though

Since I see this is a potentially great template advice thread, heres my question.

After I finish with the Village (almost am) and get done with quests and spark up

saber for the first time. Whats the best template to have while grinding jedi xp?

I've heard TKM is good to have along with another melee, I've also heard Doc

is good to have. What do you all think?

I dont know. When I ground my jedi we started with no skills.

I would say some form of melee stacker. TKM with something else for the "innate" armor because you wont be wearing any armor grinding jedi. But I might be wrongwith howgrinding is now.... i was done grinding 5 months before the CU even hit.

pvp rating means nothing you win some you lose some the only people with uber pvp ratings are people with capped sabers that are invinsible OR are melee chars and they often times dont even need skill to win cus of their ub3r 1337 g3aR

i used to rock at pvp but didnt have 1800 pvp rating... it really does not prove anything
