Yes you can set pets on fire and farm experience by doing it, this is generally termed as an "exploit" though and would be frowned upon by most of the player community. You of course can do what you want!

I will be hitting novice BE soon, what would be the first plan of action to take, since this is my first crafting profession, and have been in combat since June. Any advice will be great.

Get lots of meat and flora before you start... Take it from someone that was in your position(I was a BH 2/2/3/4) and had TONS of hides and bone. Also... Get ready for lots of kills... I would put everything you own in either the bank or in your house. Because you will die ALOT! I have read alot that BEs will go out without even clothes on... While this might be fine on Tat or Dant... I dont think I would recommend it on Dath or Endor... it rains alot... lol... but good luck out there...

Why would I need to get ready to be killed a lot. Would be from the fact that I will need to do a lot of sampling?

Try Tyrena near the Catina on Corellia. On Naboo at Kerren Starport all the trainers are right there. Walk around the Starport and you should find the Pistoleer trainer. Don't know about the other planets.

Given the choice between style over substance. I'll take a sandwich.

Trying to get unarmed fast. First i am working towards unarmed III right now. Second i have a pair of kuncklers (those of you on tempest know how great they are *sarcastic*) and am using them. Third i am trying to move up the tree fast but need tips on how to get the XP fast. Anyone.

Cant get my vendor to fire up..ie work after I place it ..tried everything on this board...still won't work....please help anyone....Keeps sayin this vendor is not initialized....AAAArrrrGGGGG.....with frustration comes knowledge......
